Threatened flora assessments

Nature Advisory has a team of experienced field botanists who have specialist knowledge of Victoria’s threatened flora. Our botanical team undertakes targeted surveying for listed flora species throughout south eastern Australia.

Nature Advisory regularly undertakes targeted surveys for threatened flora species listed under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) and/or the Victorian Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988 (FFG Act) in accordance with the required survey guidelines. Our team includes a conservation scent-dog, trained to detect a small selection of EPBC Act listed rare plants for which regular surveys are required, overcoming the sometimes onerous seasonal constraints on such surveys.

Contact one of our Project Managers for more information: Alan Brennan, Brett MacDonald, Inga Kulik or Chris Dunk.
