Hawk

Kelpie x Border Collie

Hawk is a Kelpie x Border Collie and the newest member of our scent detection team. With a a strong working dog lineage and an even stronger passion for tennis balls, Hawk has already shown promise as a future scent detection dog.

Though still early in his training journey, Hawk is displaying impressive learning abilities, quickly mastering basic obedience and demonstrating a keen nose for hidden treats (particularly hot dogs).

Prior to joining Nature Advisory, Hawk explored a few less formal pursuits, including toe-nipping and stick-shredding, but he’s now ready to put his talents to work in a more focused role. Under the guidance of his trainers, Hawk is set to develop into a skilled and reliable member of the dog unit.
